How il trionfo was born
The project was conceived as a professional music and production initiative with an international scope. Its artistic direction began to take shape with the formation of the core ensemble and the collaboration with Arterisio Paoletti, a renowned arranger, composer, and orchestra conductor known for his work with Andrea Bocelli and Al Bano, and winner of the Best Arranger award at the Sanremo Music Festival.
Together with Paoletti, 15 tracks were recorded at Forum Studios, featuring a live orchestra and a distinctive approach to pop-opera and classical crossover, laying the foundation for the ensemble’s artistic identity.
The result is a unique classical crossover ensemble, defined by an exceptionally balanced vocal and instrumental structure: tenor, soprano, mezzo-soprano, bass, and cello. These complementary timbres blend seamlessly, with the cello adding depth and warmth, to create a cohesive and distinctive sonic signature

Founder and director of important musical and cultural centers in Naples, where he has cultivated a vibrant and extensive artistic community. His warm and powerful voice and charismatic, passionate stage presence have earned him acclaim in concert halls and theaters around the world.
Francesca Lione
MEZZO-soprano
Francesca Lione is a mezzo-soprano with a soft and velvety timbre and solid artistic professionalism. With extensive experience in opera, chamber music, classical crossover, and early music, she specializes in sacred, Baroque, and Renaissance repertoire, collaborating with early music ensembles and festivals throughout Italy. Trained in youth choirs, academies, and conservatories, she combines technical rigor with dramatic sensitivity. Her dark and flexible voice and elegant stage presence convey emotion and authenticity in both intimate and concert settings.
Luigi Biondi

Luigi Biondi is a bass with a rich and resonant voice and a unique multidisciplinary background. A pianist, sociologist, vocal coach, and arranger, this multidisciplinary wealth enriches his interpretations, infusing philosophical depth and refined theoretical knowledge into his musical performances. His eclectic repertoire spans from opera to lyric pop, from jazz to swing and folk music. With an elegant and magnetic stage presence, he conveys authentic emotions that captivate audiences, bringing intellectual curiosity and expressive nuances to every performance.
Camille Bergsma

Camille Bergsma is a Dutch cellist known for her expressive range, blending classical, baroque, and folk traditions with a theatrical sensibility. Born in Breda and trained at the Royal Conservatory in The Hague, she completed a master’s degree in classical cello at the Istituto Superiore di Studi Musicali Achille Peri in Reggio Emilia, where she has been based since 2023. With a background in philosophy of law, she brings intellectual depth to her performances. Her sound spans from intimate whispers to resonant depths, performed on a mid-19th century cello from the Dall’Aglio school. Her stage presence, shaped by both conservatory and theatre training, makes her a distinctive voice in the classical crossover scene.
